Protecting Our Heroes: Support the K9s, Drones, and Body Armor Fund
Every day, our law enforcement teams put themselves on the line to keep our communities safe. Their dedication is unwavering, but their safety depends on having the right resources. After our recent 5k event, we’re launching a new fundraising push to ensure our deputies—and their loyal K9 partners—have the equipment they need.
Why Your Support Matters:
- K9 Units: Our K9s are more than just dogs—they’re highly trained partners who help locate missing persons, detect dangerous substances, and protect deputies in the field. Funding helps us provide the best care, training, and equipment for these invaluable team members.
- Drones: Modern policing requires modern tools. Drones help us respond faster, cover more ground, and keep both deputies and civilians safer during emergencies.
- Body Armor: Safety is non-negotiable. Each year, approximately 120 vests go out of service or expire. The cost to replace each vest is $810.59. With your help, we can ensure every officer has the protection they deserve.
