Stacy Kuper

My name is Stacy Anthony Kuper, and I’ve worked in the technology industry since 1998, partnering with both small and large businesses to deliver innovative solutions. While technology is my profession, community advocacy and nonprofit service have long been my passion.

Since relocating to Greenville, SC in 2007, I’ve served on numerous nonprofit boards and completed leadership programs including Leadership Greenville (Class 38), Opportunity Greenville, and Leadership South Carolina. I’ve also served on the boards of the Greenville City Police Foundation and the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office Foundation. After completing my terms, I remained committed to supporting public safety initiatives.

Recently, I rejoined the Greenville Sheriff’s Foundation as Chair of the Fundraising Committee. This role allows me to merge my passion for community service with my expertise in technology. As technology evolves faster than public budgets can accommodate, fundraising becomes critical to ensure our officers have timely access to the tools and equipment they need. My background helps me articulate why certain technologies are essential—often well before a five-year budget cycle can respond.

I firmly believe that a safe community is a thriving one, and I’m proud to play a role in supporting those who protect and serve.
