Master Deputy Tyler Amendolare has dedicated over 14 years of service to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO), continuously advancing in both responsibilities and impact within the department.

  • May 2011: Hired as a Deputy with the GCSO.
  • December 2016: Promoted to Master Deputy in Uniform Patrol, where he served with distinction, responding to emergencies and ensuring public safety.
  • June 2019: Transferred to the Vice and Narcotics division, where he focused on tackling illegal drug activity, human trafficking, and other criminal offenses that impact our community.
  • April 2025: Transferred to Recruiting, where he now works to attract and select the best candidates for law enforcement positions, helping to build a strong, dedicated force to serve Greenville County.
