Investing in the Next Generation — 2026 Scholarship Awards Ceremony

Behind every deputy who shows up to serve this community, there’s a family that shows up for them. This year, the Greenville Sheriff’s Foundation had the honor of showing up for those families in return.

The Foundation recently celebrated one of its most meaningful traditions — the annual Scholarship Awards Ceremony — honoring the children of Greenville County Sheriff’s Office deputies as they prepare to begin their college journeys. This year, we were proud to award 43 scholarships to help offset the cost of higher education for the families of our dedicated deputies. The ceremony brought together recipients, their families, Foundation leadership, and Sheriff’s Office command staff for a heartfelt celebration of achievement and community support.

Seeing the smiles in that room made everything worthwhile. The Foundation extends a sincere thank you to USC Upstate for graciously providing their facilities for this special occasion, and an enormous thank you to all of our generous donors whose contributions make these awards possible year after year. It is your support that allows us to invest in the futures of the families who serve and protect our community every day. You are changing lives.
